Key responsibilities
- Manage outsourced facility and maintenance subcontractors
- Ensure maintenance is carried out as needed or as scheduled
- Maintain maintenance log
- Making sure the office is prepared for subcontractors if needed
- Manage reported facility/office issues
- Manage reception & incoming visitors, guests, and subcontractors
- Answer main phone line
- Manage security passes and alarm codes
- Office and kitchen consumables management & purchasing
- Arranging travel and event bookings for staff
- Preparing office for client meetings and events or other visitors - arrange catering
- Liaising with staff and suppliers daily
- Business cards
- Support with IT issues as needed
- Complete project reports
- Manage invoices, bills & purchase ledger
- Pay suppliers
- Basic accounting tasks
To complete any other tasks as commensurate with the level and nature of the post as delegated by the line manager. This role is based on-site 5 days/week, 9:00 - 17:30
