Job Description
The role is pivotal in supporting the Payroll lead ensuring that the payroll is compliant and all entries are made in line with the agreed legislation of the country involved To assist in the resolution and the communication of payroll related queries providing excellent communication between key stakeholders & Payroll The work is structured around an agreed Payroll Calendar; it is supported through detailed processes, procedures and templates
- Support Payroll Specialists in their day to day activities
- General payroll administration as required such answering queries in the case management system
- Help to drive consistency in quality across all countries and communities
- Complete transactions with pace and accuracy in line with the Payroll Timetable
- Self -manage workload to ensure that all processes are adhered to and prioritized within the payroll schedule
- End to end process ownership aligned to country legislation and compliance
- Ensuring all manual administration is accurately reported and peer checked within payroll schedule
- Assist in checking and correction of the payroll at trial stage
