- Previous experience of operating as an Administrator in a fast paced high growth business
- Previous recruitment experience would be preferred but not essential
- Able to work with high volume recruitment administration activities in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- The ability to effectively communicate at all levels with internal teams, job applicants and external agencies.
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to effectively organise your own workload.
- A strong team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the wider HR team
