Job Description

As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for -

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Maintaining the Talos Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure details are kept up to date.
  • Support and maintain the in-house Recruitment tracking system.
  • Advertise all vacancies on job boards and our website, making use of the ATS to ensure all vacancies are on the optimal job boards and our website, making use of Social media when needed
  • Assist with implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
  • Ensure electronic recruitment filing system and documentation is compliant and up-to-date and stored correctly.
  • Assist with recruitment fairs and events to attend to promote the Company.
  • Booking interviews and pre-screening candidates
  • Support with the roll-out of the Talos Recruitment System and transition to a new way of working.
  • Help with all onboarding requirements, including Right to Work and pre-employment screening, including DBS checks.
  • Reporting of recruitment metrics
  • First point of contact for employees on recruitment related queries.
  • Work as part of the wider HR function when required
  • Support the HR team by ensuring new joiner administration is completed prior to joiner starting, by liaising with other key stakeholders in the business to ensure the on-boarding experience is seamless.
  • Assist in arranging and running employee inductions and other mandatory training required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced and varied work environment and have the ability to multitask a number of priorities. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual who can also demonstrate the following;

  • Previous experience of operating as an Administrator in a fast paced high growth business
  • Previous recruitment experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Able to work with high volume recruitment administration activities in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • The ability to effectively communicate at all levels with internal teams, job applicants and external agencies.
  • The ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • The ability to effectively organise your own workload.
  • A strong team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the wider HR team
