Job Description

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the coordination, hiring and off-hiring and tracking of all plant hire
  • Parking all staff on site via app
  • Ensuring the site passes and manual are prepared for new and ongoing jobs
  • Processing and signing off invoices using PO spread sheet
  • Answer all incoming calls, transfer to the relevant individual and take messages in their absence
  • Be responsible for handling the incoming and outgoing post
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Ensure records and files are kept up to date at all times
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Assisting the accounts department with day to day accounting tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Administrator will be expected to:

  • Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be confident on Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to learn company systems
  • Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Ideally have previous construction or plant hire experience
