Job Description

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Researching suppliers and gaining lead information
  • Processing orders
  • Sending order acknowledgements to customers
  • Chasing and keeping track of orders, updating customers when required
  • Attending trade shows when required
  • Picking and packing orders - this may involve some heavy lifting
  • Chasing invoices
  • Logging and filing invoices
  • Preparing for annual audits
  • Making sales calls to help generate additional business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have an excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude
  • Must be confident to speak to people of all levels on the phone
  • Must have initiative and be forward-thinking
