Job Description

The role includes providing a good level of professionalism and customer support to all our client’s existing and potential customers and suppliers, and at the same time to project a positive and friendly image to Hydra contacts over the phone. The successful candidate will be expected to have an excellent understanding of the standard Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.

Free onsite parking.

In this role, no two days will be the same. Your work will involve:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Publisher, Microsoft Teams etc.).
  • Ecommerce sites and tools (Bluepark, Storefeeder, Amazon, eBay etc.).
  • Assisting in keyword and market research.
  • Sourcing supplies on the internet and via phone calls including international calls.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • General office admin, which includes post, message taking etc.

Fluency in another EU language or knowledge of Amazon Seller Central would be particularly advantageous. Immediate start is available.

Hours

  • Full time
  • Monday – Friday, 8.30pm to 4.30pm (1/2 hour for lunch)
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays per annum (pro rata)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced in an Administration role.
  • Self-driven and dependable.
  • Self-initiative and efficient.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
