Your main duties will be to manage reception area and answer all phone calls. Provide refreshments for any visitors or meetings. Assist finance dept and support for the office team. Provide diary management for office team, including directors. Record holiday/absence on database. Manage clothing stock and distribution. Ensure manuals are up to date and manage the tool hire process.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary 22-24K.
The ideal candidate will be organised with exceptional customer service skills and have a flexible attitude. You will have good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Apple products and email.
