Job Description
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-Ordinating third-party suppliers to undertake activities on behalf of our clients.
- Regularly liaising with supplier solicitors for case and progression updates
- Maintain Supplier Relationships and source new suppliers on ad-hoc basis
- Obtain Supplier quotes for required works
- Liaise with Locksmiths, security companies, solicitors, and courts via email, phone, and secure messaging.
- Processing third party invoices and remittances into our Case Management System and issue to our accounting department to ensure prompt payment
- Preparing legal packs and instructing supplier solicitors to issue claims at court.
- Preparing and processing applications into the High Court
- Raise Agent Payment Forms
- Updating Case Management System with regular updates
- Monitoring Case Management System diaries to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Updating existing data records on numerous systems
- Review and action both internal and external emails within appropriate timeframes
- Offer Support throughout the Commercial Services Department.
