Job Description
- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
- Liaising with customers in a in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner both on the phone and via email
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, determining the customers' needs and helping fulfil them
- Dealing with quotes and availability of product
- Taking bookings and being knowledgeable on the terms and conditions, including qualifying each customer using the company guideline
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail
- Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels
- Working as part of a team
- Sell optional products to meet customer wants and needs
- Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely
- Ensure the system is always up to date with day-to-day activities
- Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues
