Job Description
  • Identifying prospective markets and clients via various methods including via email and telemarketing
  • Keeping up to date with new technology to provide information to prospective and acquired customers
  • Building excellent client relationships
  • Liaising with our internal teams to build comprehensive solutions for our customers
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update website content
  • Compiling and maintaining a CRM database
  • Keeping customer records accurately updated
  • Working closely with internal teams/arranging meetings
  • Meeting with clients virtually and/or during sales visits
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings online or in person
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Degree educated ideal but not essential
  • Previous customer service background and the ability to remain professional at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of IT
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
  • An interest or previous exposure to Marketing
  • Confidence using social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • PPC/SEO/Email marketing experience is advantageous
