Job Description

You will have direct reports and form part of the leadership team for the business, with key input into the strategic direction for the future business. You will need to be able to get to the office circa 3 days a week with occasional travel to sites for meetings.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Taking ownership of the Finance function and continuing its evolution as the business continues to grow 
• Monthly Management Accounts & Variance Analysis
• Liaise and support of external auditors 
• Preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Management of the Finance team through guidance, mentorship and regular reviews

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA) with post qualified experience 
• Prior experience within a management role
• Strong business partnering and interpersonal skill
