Job Description
  • To ensure any administrative issues are identified and provide solutions to rectify them
  • Work with the Demand Planner to ensure purchase orders are raised on time and accurately correspond with the forecast model
  • Authorize invoices for purchase orders raised by cross checking the information displayed correctly matches what is requested
  • Develop your ongoing awareness of industry activity and supply chain market conditions
  • Respond to queries using the telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face communications
  • Ensure the correct procedure for purchase order processing is followed in a timely manner and in line with the requirements of the demand planning function
  • Effectively manage the internal customer queries and complaints process and strive for a first-time resolution

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills will need to be evidenced along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Conscientious, self-motivated & proactive
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
