To ensure any administrative issues are identified and provide solutions to rectify them
Work with the Demand Planner to ensure purchase orders are raised on time and accurately correspond with the forecast model
Authorize invoices for purchase orders raised by cross checking the information displayed correctly matches what is requested
Develop your ongoing awareness of industry activity and supply chain market conditions
Respond to queries using the telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face communications
Ensure the correct procedure for purchase order processing is followed in a timely manner and in line with the requirements of the demand planning function
Effectively manage the internal customer queries and complaints process and strive for a first-time resolution
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational skills will need to be evidenced along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Conscientious, self-motivated & proactive
Good written and verbal communication skills
