Job Description
  • Processng and maintaing all incoming sales orders
  • Liaise with customers and agents regarding any order related queries
  • Liaise with our planning and transport departments regarding sales orders
  • Produce, amend, and maintain proforma orders
  • Copy selected orders to buying, sales and planning departments
  • Amend and maintain pricing files
  • Update relevant departments of business, in and out, daily
  • Keep and maintain service level reports daily, for all major accounts
  • Point of contact for agents and customers to track outstanding orders and answer any questions regarding the order prior to delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Administration skills 
  • Great IT skills
  • Previous experience within a sales order environment
