Job Description
You will be able to multi-task effectively in this fast-moving role, so you will need to be responsive, a quick learner and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without prompting. You will need to be a self-starter working autonomously and also able to work as a team with the other Executive Assistants. You will also be a great collaborator, confidently engaging with people across all levels in the business, as well as external stakeholders. You will have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, and be an excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Provide administrative support for the Group Executive and their teams
- Effectively manage the Executives' busy and constantly changing calendar
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
- Initiate regular reminders for team updates and prepare monthly Executive packs
- Assist the Group Executive team and their teams with ad-hoc requests
- Act as administrative support for lifespan of various initiatives and projects
- Draft external and internal emails and letters on behalf of Executives
- Coordinate virtual and/or in-person events – both internal and external
- Prepare and submit monthly expense claims
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and become a key point of contact
- Aid good collaboration across the Group Executive by being a proactive team player
- Screening of telephone calls
The role will require occasional travel to internal conferences/events.
