Job Description
Responsibility includes liaison with Central Distribution (CD), Dreams Bed Factory (DBF) and Finished Product (FP01) inbound and outbound and Customer Service functions
Understand the planning and distribution calendar and communicate deadlines
Ensure the timely production of all weekly and daily reporting
Accuracy of work is crucial to the role, with 100% accuracy expected over time
Produce adhoc analysis as required supporting business decision-making
Liaise with Buying Department to chase unacceptable results that affect Customer Promise
Create communications for customer service to inform any that will fail to meet delivery promise
Answer any telephone enquiries from stores, Bedquarters and customers
Process transport requirements and solutions
Reports are prepared regularly in relation to all of the above
Comply with all other reasonable requests made by Directors, Head of Department and Senior Management
