• Dealing with bookings & queries
• Overlooking Cordic system to ensure operations run smoothly
• Advising your team of delays within working area
• Checking flight arrival times
• Checking email bookings
• Dealing with complaints
• Any Ad-hoc duties that have been passed to you by a manager
• Pro-active approach to you and your colleagues work
