The post holder will be responsible for processing visa extensions for existing staff through the Home Office Sponsorship System as well as running reports to monitor processing times, applications, identifying issues and taking the appropriate action to resolve them via relevant protocols and escalation.
They will have pre-existing knowledge of our policy, providing a first point of contact to staff seeking guidance on relevant matters. The post holder will keep a close eye on compliance data and communicate with staff regarding any issues related to their visas. The successful candidate will assist with providing supporting employment letters for staff obtaining dependent visas and indefinite leave to remain. The successful candidate will process certificates of sponsorship applications and make decisions using professional knowledge to holistically assess documentary evidence provided by applicants in line with the Trust and the Home Office standards.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term position of 6 months.
The post holder will be responsible for frequent auditing of data and rectifying any issues that may arise. The successful candidate must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and have proven analytical skills.
