Extract Safety Defect information (type of repair, location of repair) from an electronic database or from telephone call feedback and allocate the job to the appropriate delivery team
Dealing with calls (or emails) from team / Police (TVP) for CAT1’s and identifying what information is needed & recording accurately to pass on to workforce
Receiving calls from workforce for on & off site for work and logging times and information on the systems accordingly
Passing on information promptly & recording / taking information correctly.
Supplying / updating information on excel spread sheets.
