Job Description
  • Extract Safety Defect information (type of repair, location of repair) from an electronic database or from telephone call feedback and allocate the job to the appropriate delivery team
  • Dealing with calls (or emails) from  team / Police (TVP) for CAT1’s and identifying what information is needed & recording accurately to pass on to workforce
  • Receiving calls from workforce for on & off site for work and logging times and information on the systems accordingly
  • Passing on information promptly & recording / taking information correctly.
  • Supplying / updating information on excel spread sheets.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good timekeeper
  • Confident / pleasant telephone manner – good all round communication skills – written, numerical & vocal.
  • Good IT skills - able to understand Excel spread sheets (format & printing), word documents etc.
  • Map reading & geographical knowledge of Oxfordshire preferable
  • Ability to work to deadlines
