Job Description

• Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate reporting of US GAAP results to the US parent company.
• Manage local accounting teams and outsourced service providers.
• Responsible for local statutory and tax filings for European entities.
• Ensure adherence to transfer pricing policies
• Work with the US based controllership team to drive process improvements.
• Oversee European banking relationships.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum 5+ years of Controllership experience
• Ability to manage local teams and third-party service providers
• Self-starter with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively with a US based multi-national company.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
