Job Description

We are looking for a highly efficient, professional and proactive administrator to support the Pensions team with ensuring members and third parties are provided with clear information regarding the pension arrangements. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare retirement quotations
  • Maintain details on the pension databases to ensure that information is accurate and up to date
  • Calculate Transfer Values and Death Benefits
  • Process data for the Trustee quarterly administration report
  • Run leaver reports and ensure correct benefits are applied to each member’s record
  • Assist with member queries
  • Maintain the Trustee’s subsection within Oxford Share (our intranet), making sure that all documents as required are available for the Trustee Directors to view
  • Reconcile the Trustee bank account on a monthly basis and processes supplier invoices
  • Complete ad hoc projects as required by the Pensions Administration Manager

This is a full-time position however we are open to discussing potential flexibility, and the fixed term contract is for 18 months.
