Job Description

• Manage the day to day financial operations covering payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and other transactions
• Manage the month end process including accruals and journals, variance explanation and preparation of the Group pack for Exec level review
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the senior leadership team
• Lead and develop the financial accounting team of 4, setting goals and objectives and ensuring these are met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

My client is looking for a Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant that is able to demonstrate strong experience at the Financial Controller / Finance Manager level. You should have experience of managing small teams. Although this role sits within the manufacturing sector, my client will consider candidates that come from an FC / FM background from any sectors.
