Job Description

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a quality manager to take the lead on all quality activities with in the business. You will be supported by the expanding quality team reporting to the director.

If you have experience as a quality engineer or senior quality engineer and want to step into a role carrying more responsibility this is the opportunity for you! The successful applicant will manage, develop and support continual improvement throughout the business with regards to quality to reach management targets.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Have a proven track record in a fast paced retail environment.
• Enjoy being on the shop floor- No sitting in the office for you!
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Be target driven and customer service orientated
• Be highly motivated and ambitious
• Be a self starter with a can do attitude
