Job Description
- Managing the team working for one of the Company’s main customers
- Reporting directly to Senior Leadership
- To Attend client meetings for the key account twice a month with MD
- Devise and implement cohesive plans to achieve growth targets
- Manage all aspects of a large, key account in line with budget and strategic plans
- Maintain current excellent working relationships
- Prepare analytical reports for the Director
- Develop internal cross department relationships to ensure business objectives are met
- Overseeing all account activity and maintaining high levels of efficiency within the team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have Freight Logisitcs experience
- Strong knowledge of key account management
- Management experience
- Excellent business acumen, demonstrating analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Fully proficient at all MS Office applications
- Ability to muti-task and prioritise
- Works well under pressure with tight deadlines
