Job Description

• Dealing with customers located in the UK, Europe and internationally via telephone and email to chase outstanding debt,

• Maintaining customer accounts with complex reconciliations,

• Liaising internationally to facilitate cash collection,

• Posting incoming payments daily

• Processing credit card payments

• Weekly analysis of suspense accounts and ensuring all invoicing queries are forwarded and resolved.

• Liaise with the invoicing department on billing queries along with various other ad-hoc duties.

Recruiting an experienced credit controller to join a small team of three, taking ownership of an international ledger keeping outstanding debt to a minimum. This credit control role is an integral position within the wider business and finance team therefore a professional and experienced individual would fit well.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a credit control capacity, Ideally having dealt with chasing clients in a professional services environment. Multi-currency experience would be preferred Ability to cope in a high paced team. Good communications skills are essential.
