Job Description

This role will offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to work as Business Partner to Commercial Quality and team. They will be part of Quality Leadership Team and works with Group Quality lead on financial business partnering. The ideal candidate will also work as Controls Lead for Supply Finance taking care of internal controls as well as leading various internal controls projects around process standardization, improvements, and ad-hoc support. They will also be part of Group Supply Finance Leadership Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You have a strong understanding of Financial Controls. Knowledge of IFRS is required, and knowledge of applicable reporting GAAP is desirable. You have a good understanding of Consumer goods industry and processes in the industry.  You're a strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and various Supply Finance teams. You hold strong influencing skills with the ability to influence various teams to improves outcomes without having direct authority.
