Job Description
- To maintain & monitor Health & Safety standards to the highest level.
- Organising and allocating daily tasks to your foreman/staff.
- Maintain required production output whilst keeping quality at the highest level.
- Help to innovate working processes alongside the Directors of the business.
- To produce accurate quantity and quality reports to your line manager.
- Attend internal meetings to discuss the quantity and quality reports with other Managers and Directors.
- To speak with suppliers and liaise with the Procurement Manager regarding order placing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Good, proven experience in a production management or engineering role is essential.
- Self-motivation and taking pride in your work will be key attributes.
- Great attention to quality and detail
