Job Description
- Overseeing staff, responsible for rotas training and day to day management
- Health and safety documentation, ensure it is up to date and all issues resolved
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Building maintenance including all equipment, organising service and repairs
- Carry out risk assessments, daily, weekly, monthly
- Dealing with escalated complaints and resolving
- Deputising for other department managers
- HR duties, employee relation matters
- Recording sickness and holiday
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous management or team leader experience (at least 1 year)
- Health and safety knowledge/experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Team player
- Professional and confident
