Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Have previous experience supporting at a senior level within facilities, having current Health & Safety knowledge
- Have good technical knowledge within construction, heating, lighting, plumbing and confident working with budgets in this sector
- Work for a growing business where you will have autonomy in the position and expected to have strong problem solving ability
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
