IT is in a state of change to help them improve processes, streamline deliveries and make improvements across the function. There are lots of projects, big changes and they are transitioning from waterfall to semi-agile, making a legacy shift and setting the foundations for the next thirty years.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We need you, a strong people manager and delivery expert to take control of the future and deliver it. The team is eight strong, they don’t need hand-holding but they need someone to embed change, help organise, mentor and motivate. Challenge through coaching, change mindsets and improve how things are delivered.
