You will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of sales accounts for all of their members. The role will see you responsible for chasing and collecting payments directly from the end-customer.

Ideally, you will have previous credit control experience and ideally have worked within a Business-2-Consumer (B2C) organization. You will have experience working with a CRM database (ideally Salesforce) with experience working with customers, clients, members along with internal stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Highly motivated with the ability to work in a small team.
