The role of Digital Delivery Manager is accountable for both the delivery of digital products to new and existing clients as well as the delivery of digital product enhancements that improve product functionality and service to the benefit all clients (current and prospective).
To achieve this the Digital Delivery Manager will build and drive a cross functional team including product owners, business analysts, developers and QA etc using best practice methodologies, to deliver to agreed timelines, budget, quality expectations, objectives, business case and quality gate measures.
The Digital Delivery Manager will manage and own the client and key stakeholder relationships, produce timely and accurate reporting (updates, RAID logs, budgetary controls and resource requirements etc) and ensure compliance with internal frameworks and governance.
