Job Description

This role will be supporting our Branch Manager with the effective and efficient running of our Branch, this role will be varied and cover admin and customer service duties as well as and maximize effectiveness and efficiency and maintain a safe environment that is in line with company policies and procedures.
- A range of administrative duties including but not limited to, filing, booking stock in and out and answering customer queries both face to face and via the phone
- Order processing and sales admin
- Updating delivery boards and schedules
- Calling customers to update them with their orders
- Respond promptly to account queries, Intercompany queries and supplier invoice queries throughout the group.
- Ensure compliance with all company administration policies and procedures.
- Complete all work correctly and efficiently, with good office housekeeping.
- Participate in stock take duties as required.
