Job Description
- Buyer / Procurement Manager role to develop value-driven sourcing strategies and deliver against commercial targets.
- The Buyer/Procurement Manager will be the focal point for in scope categories and manage supplier performance through insights and market intelligence.
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing new and existing suppliers and ensuring agreed SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Responsible for driving improvements and change projects in the team through effective analysis of performance and challenges
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in FMCG Buying / Procurement function ideally within Food Ingredients
- Strong negotiation experience with track record of success
- Numerate and skilled in data analysis and insights
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Project management experience
