Opportunity for a Production Manager to join a well established and leading manufacturer that that specialising in various sectors of the construction industry, including the design, manufacture and installation of precast concrete products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in a production management role is essential
• Maintain required production output whilst keeping quality at the highest level
• Great communication skills and able to motivate others (a team of 20+)
• Self-motivated and always taking pride in your work
• Good Microsoft IT skills
• Flexible and able to adapt in a developing business
• Confident to produce accurate quantity and quality reports to the senior management team/directors
