Deliver high quality and engaging internal communications, making sure their people feel informed and valued
Develop and deliver comprehensive external communications and marketing plans to partners
Lead the digital marketing team to maximise the use of existing and new digital marketing channels (e.g. email, web, social and virtual events), data and insight to deliver engaging, targeted and personalised experiences
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, across the business at all levels, in order to understand the business strategy, share insight, plan and deliver creative marketing solutions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have previous line management experience (Essential)
Excellent Communications and Copywriting skills
Digital campaign management skills
Skilled in interpreting data analytics from post campaign lessons learnt and digital channels
Experience with working with stakeholders
Devising workflows, positively mentoring your reports and improving the impact of a team
