This is the ideal role for an experienced Credit Manager, where you will work collaboratively with senior directors within the business to improve the credit function as a whole.
Overseeing a large credit control team, you will be tasked with improving current processes and ways of working, whilst spreading your time across a number of projects. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be an outgoing and hands on Credit Manager who has a genuine enthusiasm and passion for both team management and process improvement.
Alongside day to day team management you will be heavily involved with developing and implementing framework, policies, compliance and controls.
Ideally you will:
• Have demonstrated developing, implementing and continuously improving processes within a credit function
• Be an experienced Credit Manager, managing a medium to large sized team within a fast paced deadline driven environment
• Be an individual with a genuine passion for growing a team and improving performances across the board
• Have worked within a professional services environment handling clients, although this is not essential, it would be advantageous
