Job Description

Duties:

  • Proactively engaging directly with customer via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Responsible for keeping customer up to date, by keeping regular contact and updating third parties with the progress of each case.
  • Investigate each case and find the best solution ensuring you have all detailed needed.
  • Accurately use data and ensure case notes are compiled with.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This position will be ideal for an individual who has the:

  • Ability to organise their workload.
  • Able to actively listen and understand each customers individual situation.
  • Experienced problem solver, solution providing attitude.
