Job Description
  • Research, find and identifying senior-level executives based on the events requirement.
  • Attract, engage and sell to prospective delegates through various methods, primarily via phone calls, and also through networking and social media.
  • Identify the needs of the prospect and influence decisions within the whole 'decision making' unit based on added value.
  • Follow up and develop long standing working relationships with CEO's, Managing Partners and Partners and other Senior Level Delegates.
  • Track and measure your own development (supported by our In-House training programme).
  • Work closely with Production, Operations, Marketing and Sponsorship functions to deliver successful events and results.
  • Accurately forecast and report activities and results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A desire to build a career in delegate sales.
  • Driven and purposeful, committed, and hardworking, ambitious, and motivated in order to keep up with the pace of the business.
  • Proactive with excellent time management skills.
  • Tenacious, articulate and confidence in engaging at director level.
  • Resourceful, disciplined, thorough and able to demonstrate organisational skill.
  • Professional, eager, and open to learn sales process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
