Job Description
  • Operate as the go-to person for operational queries
  • Work with underwriting and claims teams to review and continuously improve existing processes
  • Support the growth of the AUM business by working with our product development teams to structure processes for new products and services
  • Supervise and support adoption of standard processes and procedures
  • Collaborate across onshore teams to ensure that the services provided by our offshore partners meet agreed service levels, and flag any challenges appropriately
  • Lead electronic stamp production through product renewal cycles
  • Support management and reporting of gross premium income limits, including flagging any limit breaches
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
 

  • Experience of Operations within Insurance.
  • Technical knowledge of Lloyd’s/London Market and non-Lloyd’s processes.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful.
  • Experience of delivery of new initiatives / projects.
  • Familiar with electronic trading via PPL.
  • Experience working across teams including offshore.
