Job Description

The role:

  • Development and management of the teams UK data stewards
  • Managing the day-to-day data tasks in the CRM and the improvement of data quality
  • Ensuring data is segmented to drive highly targeted marketing communications and client reporting
  • Managing the CRM / Data Change Management inbox and user request alongside data and system maintenance tasks
  • Continually looking for process improvements, new features, and third-party software to enhance resources
  • Supporting with the development of client preferences to help underpin business development initiatives
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any GDPR / compliance enquiries in the absence of the head of client development systems
  • Supporting with the merging / importing and segmenting of client data

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The person:

  • Thorough knowledge with InterAction Web, Windows, and Admin tools or similar CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of GDBR and "anti-spamming" regulations
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and people cross-site and in virtual teams
  • Business and results focused
