Job Description

Extensive proactive diary and inbox management for Head of Business unit and other senior members of the team;
Assist members of the team with the organising of Client and Reinsurer meetings;
Arrange extensive travel and source cost effective travel options for members of the team;
answering phones, taking and prioritising messages;
Assisting with daily post, photocopying, scanning and document production;
Organise and assist in organising overseas conferences;
Take minutes/actions at meetings and following up on all actions;
Arrange team events (internal & external);
Responding promptly and efficiently to emails, instructions, requests and enquiries at all times;
Work with other team members and BU colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time;
Manage and process expenses for members of the team in a timely manner;
Procure and raise purchase orders where necessary for stationary orders and business cards as required;
Provide support / cover whilst other secretaries are out of the office;
must understand Aon’s policies for financial crime & client entertainment & gifts;
