Job Description

Prime Functions: following five areas of responsibility :

• Facilities/Engineering & Project Manager for tasks generally, but not exclusively, within the M25.
• Line manage those managers, supervisors, skilled and semi-skilled tradesmen assigned to the areas of responsibility allocated to you.
• Managerially responsible for all employed sub-contractors allocated to areas and projects under your control.
• Promotion of the company by seeking out new business and project management opportunities within your areas of expertise.
• Compile, price scope of works, valued between £5k and £2mk and present same to existing and potential clients.
