Ensure the terms of Pitch Agreement are strictly adhered to in order to maintain acceptable behaviour of residents and visitors.
Make sure that health and safety regulations are complied with, including testing of fire equipment and alarm-raising equipment and testing of evacuation procedures. Actively promote Fire Safety awareness through use of smoke alarms, fire distances and safe storage of hazardous materials.
Collect rent and water charges, addressing any arrears issues at an early stage, in order to ensure rent accounts are up to date and accurate records kept.
Oversee the delivery of all on-site services including grounds maintenance and repairs via internal teams and external contractors. Ensure all work is completed to the required standard, delivered on time and within budget, and that best use is made of land and buildings.
Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure customer safety, security and wellbeing, addressing issues and concerns such as cleanliness and unauthorised modifications in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
Assist with the development of Gypsy, Romany and Traveller services within CHP so that we are delivering the best possible service to our residents.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working with the Gypsy, Romany and Traveller community.
Excellent organisational skills, ensuring delivery of priorities and actions to meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to deal with difficult and confrontational situations.
Experience of managing health and safety, with good numeracy and the ability to keep records and accounts.
