Job Description

1 Take the existing well known business to become the number 1 brand

2 Assist in documenting every aspect of the business

3 Staff training and managing the people.

4 Monitoring the sales offices performance and the Property Management department

5 Leading a social media campaign ( must be comfortable in front of camera)

6 Monitoring the portal spend for value.

7 Understanding the Profit and Loss account and input into the commission structure

8 Overview and development of Property Management.

9 Create a program for monthly 1 to 1 reviews and office meetings.

10 Input into new website working with our Marketing Consultants

11 Replace / cover sales people on holiday or long term absence

12 Generate £5000 of income each month from personal prospecting and old office databases together with any leads dealt with.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need to be all of the following :

IT focused

Living in South Essex.

Own car

Looking for a long term future

Understands the industry has changed

Mobile working from a laptop and mobile

The right attitude nd a "can do approach" is a real must
