What You Will Be Doing You provide dedicated Implementation support for the businesses top strategic and most commercially important corporate customers. To achieve this, you work closely with the Customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver their project roadmaps.Manage projects from the planning stage through to completion following clear and well-maintained project plansPresent project reports and updates to key stakeholders at monthly and quarterly business review meetingsWork creatively with customers and colleagues to achieve and maintain market leading payment solutionsAct as an escalation point for the customer and colleagues, working with individuals internally and externally to resolve the incident and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrenceBecome a subject matter expert on eCommerce payment processing and all Gateway products/services. Maintain and share knowledge with the wider team by producing documentation and training sessions where requiredAwareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies etcDevelop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing and launch for Tier 1 and 2 strategic customersWhat You BringProven background in managing projects & presenting
