Job Description
- Be the point of contact for all customers wishing to learn more about our technology
- Coordinate all customer site visits, ensuring impeccable communication with the local team, clinicians, customers and ViewRay
- Provide onsite support during customer visits to ensure the experience satisfies their requirements
- Be responsible for the creation and management of all European Reference Site collateral
- Be responsible for the coordination of Clinical Oncologists visiting, specifically to experience the technology to learn about the unique workflow
- Be responsible for the coordination of any credentialing, working in partnership with the Service Development Manager for Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR) and the Centre Leaders
The following experience and knowledge would be beneficial:
- Understanding the private healthcare market
- Travel is required to our centre’s in the UK
- Some flexibility will be necessary with some requirements to support outside of 9-5 hours
