Job Description
You are responsible for supporting the Global Payroll Team by ensuring that all paperwork is processed and passed to the necessary team member. They will also be responsible for supporting the Global Payroll Specialists in providing additional resource and holiday cover when needed.
- Assist with processing all payrolls on a BAU basis. Weekly Payrolls – ROI. Lunar Payrolls - The Netherlands. Monthly Payrolls – GB, USA, Belgium, NI, ROI and Singapore.
- To ensure that correct payments, reports and returns are made to HMRC, third parties, and other statutory bodies both in GB & overseas. To provide these bodies with appropriate information on pay, as required.
- To ensure appropriate reporting is available across Britvic’s payrolls, wherever possible enabling consistent reporting across the payroll geographies.
- To act as a first point of contact for the HRS Team for payroll queries.
- To ensure a professional payroll service is delivered to all staff in geographies which Britvic operates.
- Assist the Global Payroll Manager and Global Payroll Specialists with ad hoc tasks & projects
