Job Description
We are looking for a confident, experienced Commercial Administrator with strong organizational skills for our Milton Keynes office. You will provide support to our commercial manager and wider operations teams for all things commercial.
Duties include:
- Managing a wide portfolio of recovered material streams and taking responsibility for their market placement and recycling.
- Maintaining and continuously developing a wide-reaching network of stakeholders including off takers, hauliers and other industry professionals.
- Understanding and monitoring rapidly changing material markets and recycling industry developments.
- Ensuring, through knowledge of current market prices and getting regular competitive quotes, the best prices in the market are achieved.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager with any tasks that need fulfilling and providing holiday cover to the CM when required.
- Assisting with account and contract set up with off takers for all the PFI contracts.
- Managing all office administrative duties such as: data entry, reconciliation, credit queries, invoicing, purchase orders, and communications with customers.
- Putting in place sales agreements for all materials and ensuring revised on a yearly basis and signed by relevant person.
- Data analysis to ensure accuracy and correct reconciliation of third-party information relating to weights and invoicing.
